If you’re a regular visitor, you may have noticed the recent launch of our new website, featuring our clients front and center. Our new website is part of a larger strategy to put a spotlight on the more than 1900 retailers who motivate us to come to work every day.
Whether it’s through our monthly Webinar series, video, or a blog post, we’re dedicated to producing resourceful content that helps retailers create winning strategies. And we believe one of the best ways to do this is through the real-life success stories of our client retailers.
This month we doubled down on the creation of that content by hiring a new Design and Studio Manager who will help us push the envelope in what we’re creating.
We’re excited to introduce Kristin Martin, who brings robust graphic design, video, social strategy, and web user experience expertise to the RICS team.
More about Kristin Martin…
What are you most excited about in your new opportunity at RICS?
It is hard to pick one! The chance to design and curate strong visuals. The ability bring my ideas to the table and collaborate with the marketing team. This role not only aligned with my previous experience and passions for digital media but it also challenges me to grow.
Where do you find creative inspiration?
Anywhere and everywhere! Whether I’m snapping a picture of a bulletin board in Starbucks or surfing the web, I am constantly saving inspiration to my phone or pinning it on Pinterest.
What’s your favorite tip for growing your social media following?
Get your audience involved! The most successful social media channels create content the encourages their audience to join the conversation. Base your content off the passions of your audience and always ask, “As a consumer, would I engage with this post?”
When you’re not at work what do you do for fun?
Outside of the office you can find me competing in the Indy City Futbol league, sipping on an Iced Latte from one of my favorite coffee shops, and floating on Geist Lake with friends and family.
