A support specialist can be reached during the following business hours, excluding national holidays.

Standard Support
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am to 8pm Eastern Daylight Time
Saturday 10am to 5pm Eastern Daylight Time
Sunday 12am to 5pm Eastern Daylight Time

On call after hour emergency support is available for business critical issues such as your POS is down.
Non-emergency calls are asked to leave a voice mail and can expect a call back the next morning based on the urgency of the issue.
