Reporting
RICS Enterprise contains a broad array of highly flexible, pre-configured reports. Each report contains numerous selection criteria to enable you to include or exclude as much information as you like. Since all transaction details are stored in real-time, accurate reports can be run from anywhere, any time on any date range. The following is a sampling of information that can be accessed utilizing RICS Enterprise reporting.
Sales
- Analyze gross profit, product turns, sell through and return on investment (GMROI)
- Identify and compare your best and worst selling suppliers, classes, SKUs and stores
- Evaluate the success, profitability and ROI of your promotions
- Balance your assets, liabilities, revenue and expenses
Inventory
- Monitor your inventory including model stock, on-hand, on-order and in-transit
- View inventory transaction history for sales, purchasing, receiving, transfers, returns and inventory adjustments
- Review purchase orders by supplier, PO number or ship date
- Identify open purchase orders
Customer
- Analyze activities of specific segments and create customer lists for email and print marketing using a variety of selection criteria
- Gain insight on the effectiveness of gift cards
Sales People
- Evaluate the performance of your employees, including quantity and dollar sales and review individual hours worked
