Accounts Receivable

The RICS Enterprise Accounts Receivable (A/R) module can be fully integrated with the Point of Sale and Sales Order functions. The A/R module contains all the features and reports needed to manage A/R balances for both Balance Forward accounts for individuals and Open Item accounts for commercial customers.

• Setup base A/R terms including minimum payment, grace period, late charge, interest rate and minimum finance charge
  • Open Item accounts provide the ability to apply payments against specific invoices
  • Balance Forward accounts provide the ability to establish a revolving credit line for a customer similar to a credit card
• Track customer house charges and charge payments
• Apply finance charges and late fees to either account type
• Calculate finance charges using Average Daily Balance method
• Generate statements any time of the month
• Run A/R reports including activity summary, ticket and payment activity detail and aged trial balance
