We are RICS Software, and our software is in hundreds of footwear & apparel related retail locations including independent retail locations, franchise and corporate environments. It is the type of software that makes you want to open up your own retail store! Our mission is to make a difference for retailers by enhancing the ways they manage their employees, customers, retail sales and product inventory.
Position Requirements
Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of two years of successful sales experience with complex solutions, services or consulting in the public sector. You must have a knack for developing rapport and trust via phone and webinars and share our passion for retail software. Moderate travel is also expected.
Position Summary
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue by selling the RICS Enterprise Software and related services directly to retailers.
We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary, commission, bonus opportunities, medical, dental, vision, generous PTO and a 401(k) with a match. Qualified candidates from the Indianapolis area (corporate headquarters) will be considered.
