Support Associate

RICS Software is seeking Support Associates to assist our retail clients with using RICS to improve their business strategy and processes. Our Support Associates help users get the most from RICS by answering product and process questions, educating them on how to use RICS and helping them resolve issues. The role requires strong written and verbal communication skills as well as a high degree of empathy towards helping people.

Description

  • Ensure client support inquiries are answered and resolved in a timely manner
  • Correspond with clients via email and phone
  • Record call details in a clear and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot client software and hardware issues
  • Document product bugs and issues in detail

Required Skills

  • Must be willing to work any assigned shift throughout the week including weekends between 9AM – 9 PM (EST).
  • Must be able to communicate pleasantly and professionally with clients
  • Must have strong writing skills
  • High level proficiency of productivity software (i.e. Microsoft Office)

Desired Skills (Nice-to-Have, but Not Required)

  • Prior retail sales experience at any level
  • Prior experience working within a client/customer support center
  • Technical proficiency of computer hardware

Business Development Manager

RICS Software is seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to promote and sell the RICS Solution to potential new retail accounts. The BDM role is an external-facing position that requires motivation, dedication, integrity and enthusiasm for RICS, the retail industry, and software. The role requires the individual to develop leads, perform the right activities to build an opportunity pipeline, manage an opportunity pipeline, and achieve contracted revenue goals on a quarterly and yearly basis. The role requires intermediate communication and presentation skills.

Functional Objectives

  • Manage an opportunity pipeline three times individual sales goal
  • Achieve sales activity goals to generate a consistent number of new leads, meetings, and opportunities per month
  • Follow sales process to manage inbound leads
  • Setup and deliver winning RICS demonstrations
  • Maximize the revenue potential of each new account
  • Support marketing efforts as necessary (e.g., events)

Requirements

  • BA or BS Degree
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Extensive lead generation and phone experience
  • Track record of lead to close capabilities
  • Exceptional time management
  • Microsoft OS and Salesforce.com
  • SaaS sales experience, plus
  • Retail sales experience, plus
