Customer Management

Targeted Marketing
RICS Enterprise enables you to segment your customers and create messages that are pertinent to their interests. With our flexible CRM reporting capabilities, you can generate a targeted list of customers using purchase history and personal search criteria such as:
- Demographic location
- Birthday
- User-defined keywords
- Brand, SKU and/or size of past purchases
- Classification of past purchases
- Quantity of past purchases (# of tickets)
- Dollar amount or dollar range of past purchases
- Date range of past purchases
- Only accounts with an e-mail address
In addition to printing mailing lists and mailing labels, you can export out mail list files to send to third party companies that provide mailing and addressing services.
