Sales Person Analysis
The employee productivity of any retail operation is a very vital element in being successful. This report allows you to measure productivity compared to other sales people and to store averages. Whether you pay commissions or not, this report generates the information to reward excellent performance or critique poor performance, and provide guidelines on areas to improve selling behavior. This report also includes information on hours, sales, profit, commissions, perks, sales per hour, profit per hour, total number of sales tickets, number of multiple sales, the average sale amount, the average number of items sold per ticket, and the % of multiple sales.
Plus another sales person report will provide sales by department for each individual to help in identifying which departments people may be having trouble selling or it may reveal potential security problems with voids or refunds.
Time Clock
When using the time clock feature in RICS your employees will be able to clock and out at the Point of Sale, and the information will be transferred to the main computer. You will also be able to enter both sales and non sales hours.
