David Becker

David Becker serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of RICS Software. In 1981, he founded re:Member Data Services and served as CEO until the company was acquired by Open Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ:OPEN) in 2004. In 1995, he founded VIFI, which provided Internet services to financial institutions and corporations from 1995 until it was acquired by Digital Insight Corporation (NASDAQ:DGIN) in 2002. Mr. Becker also founded, and remains actively involved as CEO of three other Indianapolis-based companies: OneBridge, a credit and debit card processing firm; DyKnow, a company specializing in educational technology for interactive learning experiences; and First Internet Bank since its inception and has served as President since January 2007.

Mr. Becker was the first chairman and remains on the board of TechPoint, and is Chairman of the Board of the TechPoint Foundation. Mr. Becker is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF), and of the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership. Mr. Becker has supported a number of Indiana universities. He is currently a member of the Dean's Advisory Council for the School of Informatics at Indiana University (IUPUI) and has served on advisory boards for The Robert C. McDermond Center for Management and Entrepreneurship and the IT Associates Program at DePauw University as well as the Board of Trustees at Vincennes University.

Mr. Becker is a 2001 recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and a 2002 recipient of the TechPoint Trailblazer in Technology award. In 2004, he was named Sagamore of the Wabash by Indiana Governor Joe Kernan. In 2008, he was inducted into the Junior Achievement-sponsored Central Indiana Business Hall of Fame.

Bob Hulett

Bob Hulett is Vice President responsible for business operations, product management and software implementation services.

Over the last 20 years, Mr. Hulett has worked for large corporations, small start-ups and consulting service organizations. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, project management, business development, operations management and systems implementation. Mr. Hulett has served in a wide variety of business sectors including consumer products, manufacturing, financial services, insurance, pharmaceuticals, medical diagnostics and biotechnology. Prior to joining RICS Software in 2006, Mr. Hulett was instrumental in the development, launch and operational management of a wholly owned start-up company within Roche Diagnostics offering custom molecular biology and protein expression services.

Mr. Hulett attended Purdue University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Technology.

Dan Sanders

Dan Sanders is the Chief Technology Officer for RICS Software. He heads both the Research & Development and Information Technology Departments, as well as runs the development team for the new RICS Enterprise retail platform. Mr. Sanders oversees the system architecture, programming and software development that make the inner workings of RICS Enterprise possible. He is also responsible for managing the data center, networking and databases.

For the past 19 years, Mr. Sanders has developed, designed, programmed, tested and support new software technology companies. He developed and led a cutting-edge, interactive educational software program to win "Award of Excellence" from Microsoft. He also served as Chief Technology Officer of VIFI, a company that provided home Internet banking and bill pay.

Sanders graduated from Indiana University Purdue University of Indianapolis (IUPUI) with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology. Mr. Sanders serves on the advisory council of IUPUI’s Computer and Information Technology Department. He was also featured in the Indianapolis Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” for his significant achievements in the technology industry.

Brian Olesen

Brian Olesen has been with RICS Software for 14 years and serves as the General Manager of the Des Moines, IA office. Olesen is responsible for overseeing the customer service/support operations, software distribution, installations, implementations, and data conversions. Mr. Olesen administers the QA testing and works with the development team on new product development and enhancements.

Since 2006 Mr. Olesen had owned and managed a successful seasonal retail store in the Des Moines area. His retail experience offers real-world insight to product development from the retailers’ perspective.

Mr. Olesen attended Iowa State University and studied Nuclear Engineering. He received an Associate Degree in Computer Technology from NIT and became a CNA (Certified Novell Administrator) in 1992. Since then Olesen has completed numerous courses/seminars on Microsoft Applications, Microsoft Network Administration, and Business Management.

Denise DeHamer

Denise DeHamer is the Customer Training Director for RICS Software. She has been with the company for more than 10 years, serving in many different capacities from support to accounting.

Ms. DeHamer has been in the retail industry for 18 years, both in sales and management roles and has gained a well-rounded background of retail expertise including: retail business administration, inventory control, marketing and point-of-sale that allows her to relate to RICS customers on any level.

Ms. DeHamer attended the American Institute of Business in Des Moines, IA, majoring in Accounting.

Marty Cohen

Marty Cohen is Retail Analyst for RICS Software, based in the Indianapolis office. Mr. Cohen brings to RICS Software a long and varied career in the shoe and apparel business. His experience ranges from store ownership for over thirty years, buying and merchandising, to twenty years experience using RICS Software in his own retail stores. He has sourced product internationally, as well as done product line building at the factory level. Mr. Cohen has been recognized many times for his foresight in fashion and trends.

As the non-technical, but retail-oriented member of the RICS Software team, Mr. Cohen understands the retailers’ needs and concerns. Over the last fifteen years, Mr. Cohen has also consulted privately with many RICS retailers to optimize their use of RICS reports and functionality in their businesses.

Mr. Cohen has served on the Advisory Board to the Department of Merchandising and Interior Design at Indiana University, Bloomington. He has also been a guest lecturer numerous times in the department.

Mr. Cohen attended Indiana University in Bloomington, where he earned a Bachelors degree in sociology, and a Masters degree in political science.

Mike Fitzgerald

Mike Fitzgerald serves on the RICS Software Board of Directors. Over the last 15 years Mr. Fitzgerald has grown service and technology companies in both corporate and early stage environments. Prior to RICS Software, Mr. Fitzgerald led the sales and business development of a mid-size consulting firm. He also led the corporate venturing group at Roche Diagnostics. While at Roche he was responsible for creating wholly owned start-up companies to leverage Roche's market and scientific assets.

Mr. Fitzgerald has consulted with a variety of clients including Roche Diagnostics, Millipore Corp (NYSE: MIL), Central Indiana Corporate Partnership, Indiana University School of Nursing, Indiana Family and Social Services Administration and Biocrossroads. Engagements for all clients have centered on innovative approaches to growth or transformation.

Mr. Fitzgerald attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where he earned his Bachelors degree in Communication. He serves on the board of directors of Patron Path, Ascendium, Inc., Wolf Technical Services and InnovoPartners.
